For me risk management is a journey rather than a destination. I believe that what risk management has to offer can help boards of directors, companies, teams and even each and everyone of us personally. That is why I split my time between writing risk management books and standards, lecturing about risks and deep diving into major challenges that companies face. I use AI based modeling as well as best practices and processes to help companies fae their toughest challenges.
