For me risk management is a journey rather than a destination. I believe that what risk management has to offer can help boards of directors, companies, teams and even each and everyone of us personally. That is why I split my time between writing risk management books and standards, lecturing about risks and deep diving into major challenges that companies face. I use AI based modeling as well as best practices and processes to help companies fae their toughest challenges. Among my published books: PVaR: Project Value at Risk - a new way to connect risks to business outcomes, Personal Survival handbook for 2020 and beyond. As the use of AI continues to spread I developed a framework for helping businesses make the most of AI in Risk Management and Internal Audit. But also get prepared for regulations like the EU AI act.
